The calm version of the Onna. The Nuvola Iced Clear a hand-blown 24% lead crystal globe with a frosted surface diffuses light evenly and softly, eliminating the visible bulb and creating instead a luminous sphere that reads almost like a lantern.
Against the precise, engraved vertical ribbing of the Onna's clear column, the frosted globe introduces an organic, soft counterpoint the combination of the two crystal surfaces creates a layered light effect: the hard reflections cast by the column's engraved facets against the diffuse, even glow emanating from the frosted shade.
A particularly good combination for bedrooms, reading corners, or any space where the quality of light matters as much as the object itself. H 46 cm, 3 kg of pure 24% lead crystal. The Nuvola detaches; the base becomes a vase.
