Refund policy

Studio Bojola wishes to offer its Customers, or the recipient of a gift, the possibility of returning the Articles delivered under the General Conditions of Sale described below.

Conditions of a return:
- the Customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal following the date of receipt of his package
- the Customer may return one or all the Items from his or her web order by post
- items must be returned complete on their original packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for a refund
- all the shipping costs of the return are at the Customer's expense, in case of return of an order shipped with free shipping, the cost of the shipment of the order will be deducted from the refund/credit.
- delivery charges paid when placing the Order on the site are not refundable
