The most imposing presence in the collection. At H 59 cm, diam. 22 cm and 8 kg of pure crystal, the Marsala is the tallest large-format vase in the Studio Bojola range a wide, generously bodied form with the characteristic rounded cap, in amber crystal that ranges from warm honey to deep golden depending on the quality of light. The Marsala at H 59 cm commands any space it occupies. On a floor, it reads as a sculptural column; on a large console or sideboard, it is the defining decorative presence. The amber crystal body refracts light through its full 22 cm diameter, creating a pool of warm golden light on any surface below it. Also available in light violet a softer, more unexpected colour for this volume. The rounded cap lifts to reveal a large opening and functions as an independent vase. Each crystal is mouth-blown into an original cast iron mould from a historic Italian glassware workshop active since 1945 each shape comes to life through a single breath.
