A vase wider than it is tall, with a hand-engraved surface. At H 27 cm and diam. 25.5 cm, the Pola Curve is almost as wide as it is tall a generous, low-shouldered single-piece form that sits close to the surface and spreads outward. Its surface is hand-engraved with a pattern of curved lines that follow the rounded body, catching and scattering light differently at every angle. In fumèdor crystal a deep, smoky tone the Pola Curve takes on a quiet, atmospheric depth: a colour that absorbs and softens light rather than reflecting it, while the hand-engraved curves add texture and movement across the surface. At 2 kg, it is lighter than its size suggests, making it easy to position and move. Each crystal is mouth-blown into an original cast iron mould from a historic Italian glassware workshop active since 1945, then hand-engraved with its characteristic curved pattern.· Material: crystal glass — European standard EN 69· Technique: Hand-blown, mouth-blown into original cast iron moulds, hand-engraved curved pattern· Structure: Single piece· Dimensions: H 27 cm, diam. 25.5 cm· Weight: 2 kg of pure crystal· Colour: Fumèdor· Workshop: Active since 1945, Tuscany — Italy· Collection: Cristallo Vases — Studio Bojola
