The Cor in Blue Teal is the most chromatic version of the collection a deep teal-green that saturates the lead crystal entirely, giving the object a density and visual weight that differs from the clearer versions. Under any light, the colour shifts: cool and oceanic in shade, vivid and botanical in direct sun.
But the most important quality of the Cor Blue Teal is tactile, not visual. The engraved surface grooves cut by hand with diamond-tipped tools in a historic Empoli workshop is felt before it is seen. The deep diagonal channels map the muscular structure of the myocardium onto the palm of the hand.
