To lift Cor is to feel something unexpected: cold, dense, alive.
The Cor perfume bottle in clear lead crystal is an oval form that fits precisely in two hands its weight deliberate the specific density of 24% lead crystal, the same standard as Baccarat and Waterford, is what makes Cor feel alive in the hand rather than merely decorative its surface a tactile map of deep engraved grooves running in the diagonal rhythm of cardiac muscle fibre.
Handblown and engraved entirely by hand using diamond-tipped tools in a historic crystal workshop in Empoli  a town in Tuscany with a centuries-old glassmaking tradition. Each piece is unique. The engraving is deep and irregular in the way only hand-work can be: felt before it is seen.
Cor is a limited edition object designed by Studio Bojola to be both used and kept. The applicator wand is finished in 18k gold or rhodium-plated brass.
The name is from the Latin: cor, cordis  heart.
