Light as object, object as light. The Palmi is a hand-blown crystal box a two-piece system of base and cap in which the two pieces can share a single colour or combine two different ones, making each configuration a distinct chromatic composition.
At H 11.5 cm × 11×11 cm, the Palmi is proportioned for the dressing table, the desk, or the shelf: compact enough to live in intimate spaces, substantial enough to hold its own as a decorative object. At 2 kg of pure lead crystal, it has the weight that separates a serious decorative object from a generic one. The Amber base gives the Palmi its warmest character the golden glass catches and holds light in a way that varies completely with the position of the sun. Available with caps in Yellow, Clear, Pink, Turquoise, and Green: five combinations, five distinct objects.
