Pure and transparent. The Scalea in clear crystal is the most optically precise version of the form entirely transparent, the crystal body and rounded cap read as a single unified object of pure light. In clear, the Scalea is the most versatile vase in the collection for interior contexts: it sits on any surface, against any wall color, with any floral composition, without imposing its own chromatic character. The crystal's optical quality  its brilliance and refractive index is most visible in the clear version, where there is nothing to distract from the material itself. At 1.8 kg of pure lead crystal and H 25.5 cm, L 17.5 cm, the Scalea clear is compact, easy to handle, and precise. The rounded cap lifts to reveal the vase opening and functions as an independent vessel. Each crystal is mouth-blown into an original cast iron mould from a historic Italian glassware workshop active since 1945 each shape comes to life through a single breath.
